Peccary Leather wishes you to be satisfied with every purchase but we know that sometimes this is not the case. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return any order for a refund within 30 days from the date of shipment. Remember try it out and show it off! Details for our return policy are below.
NOTE: Peccary Leather does not make exchanges. Please make sure it’s your right size, color, and model before placing an order.
How to return an order?
1. Obtain the Return Authorization Number: To generate a RAN (Return Authorization Number) email us with your comments and we will send you the number.
2. How to Package Your Return: Pack your item(s) securely so it is one unified package ready for delivery. Include the RAN.
3. Shipment and Insurance: The return shipping method should be sent at last in 1st class airmail with insurance and a signature required. Make sure you can track your package. This will help guarantee that the package arrives at Peccary Leather for quick and easy refunding.
4. All Return Packages should be mailed to Peccary Leather (the same address where it was shipped from).
Peccary Leather team will inspect and verify the condition of the item once we receive the return. Items are to be returned in the condition they were sent for a full refund. Returns take approximately 8 business days to process upon receipt of the item. Peccary Leather will refund the full cost of the item EXCLUDING shipping, handling and insurance charges. Refunds will be made using the payment method used in the original purchase. Please allow 7 days for your credit to appear after the product has been received at the warehouse.
Required Conditions of Return
> Packages without a return authorization number (RAN) will not be accepted for refund.
> Items must be returned in the same condition as they were sent from Peccary Leather within 30 days from the date of SHIPMENT. Items received after this period will not be accepted for refund or repair.
